After the debut of the first non-gaming OLEDs in 2025, Dell raises the bar. In 2026, the company is launching the QD-OLED UltraSharp U3226Q monitor aimed at professionals in video, graphics, and photography, as well as the UltraSharp U5226KW — the world's first 52-inch screen with 6K resolution for work that requires an enormous workspace.
Currently, OLED in PC monitors is mainly associated with gaming — both due to the subpixel structure (QD-OLED or WOLED) and concerns about burn-in with daily use. Dell apparently believes that the technology has matured enough to also handle professional tasks.
32″ QD-OLED UltraSharp U3226Q — HDR, Dolby Vision and color precision
The new U3226Q features a Samsung QD-OLED panel with 4K resolution, HDR support (including Dolby Vision), and a DCI-P3 color space of ~99%. The monitor is factory calibrated to Delta E < 1 and includes a built-in sensor for future calibrations. It offers a refresh rate of 120 Hz, Thunderbolt 4, and an anti-reflective coating.
52″ 6K UltraSharp U5226KW — ultra-wide giant for work
U5226KW is a 52-inch curved display with a resolution of 6144 × 2560 at 120 Hz and an IPS Black panel, providing a contrast of ~2000:1. Dell targets users with massive data sets — analysts, traders, programmers, or those working with multiple windows at the same time. The monitor supports Picture-by-Picture (PbP) and Picture-in-Picture (PiP) functions and allows for connecting up to four computers simultaneously via KVM.
