Polish artist's works are coming to Samsung TVs!

Calendar 2/22/2026

The Samsung Art Store has just been enriched with a collection that art lovers have been waiting for some time. Over 20 works by Tamara Łempicka, the most famous Polish artist of the 20th century and an undisputed icon of art deco style, have landed in the digital gallery of the Korean manufacturer. This is a groundbreaking moment, as this is the first extensive collection of a local creator made available globally on this platform. Thanks to the collaboration between Samsung Electronics Poland and the Tamara Łempicka Foundation, users can now admire digital reproductions of works that adorn the walls of places like the Centre Pompidou in Paris and the MoMA in New York.

What works?

The shared collection includes the most recognisable portraits and compositions. Among over 20 items, users will find, among others, the famous "Young Lady with Gloves" (Dziewczynę w rękawiczkach), "Adam and Eve", and the portrait of Marquis d’Afflito. Marisa Łempicka, the great-granddaughter of the artist and president of the Foundation, emphasises that the key to this collaboration was the faithful reproduction of details and colours, which in the age of mass, low-quality reproductions allows for the preservation of the authentic character of her great-grandmother's painting.

The Frame i...? What will we display the Polish collection on?

Although the natural home for art remains the model The Frame and its new version with mini-LED backlighting, i.e. The Frame Pro, Samsung is expanding the availability of the collection to other devices as well. Tamara Łempicka's works can be viewed in 4K quality on selected models from the Neo QLED and classic QLED series. In 2026, we will probably also see Łempicka's works on OLED series televisions. In the case of art mode, the Matte Screen Coating plays a key role, eliminating reflections and making the displayed image closely resemble a real canvas. You can find it today on models such as the previously mentioned series The Frame as well as on models from the NeoQLED 8K series, or the QN92F model with 4K resolution.

Introducing Łempicka's works into the global catalogue is a brilliant move towards popularising Polish creativity – now iconic paintings are just a remote away for everyone. Samsung has been showing for some time that digital solutions can naturally blend with the artistic world. The best proof of this is the latest project realised at the Contemporary Theatre, where in the performance "See You in a Year," you can see an ultra-short throw projector in action. This equipment has become a key element of the set design, creating a dynamic backdrop for the actors.
