The Heyah 01 brand officially disappears from the Polish market. From 23 February, the offer will cease to function, and all current users will be transferred to another sub-brand owned by T-Mobile Polska. This is the formal closure of a project that had already been winding down. The process of withdrawing the offer began in June 2025. From that point on, new customers could no longer activate subscriptions. Now the operator is completing the migration of the remaining users.
Automatic transfer to Red Bull Mobile
All Heyah 01 customers will be transferred to Red Bull Mobile. T-Mobile announces that on the day of migration there may be a brief interruption in service access, but the number and continuity of service will be maintained. Previously, Heyah 01 offered two plans: 19.99 PLN per month for unlimited calls and texts plus 20 GB of internet or 29.99 PLN for a package with 40 GB of data. At Red Bull Mobile, the prices will be slightly rounded down to 19 PLN and 29 PLN per month. Additionally, the operator will grant customers a one-time bonus of 100 GB of internet for 30 days.
What if someone doesn’t want to transition?
People who do not accept the new terms can opt out of the service in accordance with the rules or simply not pay for the next billing period. The operator is not introducing mandatory long-term contracts as part of this migration.
The disappearance of Heyah 01 is more of a portfolio reorganisation than an actual limitation of services. T-Mobile is consolidating its brands, moving customers to Red Bull Mobile, which is set to take on the role of a budget subscription in the operator’s offering. For users, the change mainly means a new logo and slight price adjustments, without the loss of their number or access to services.
