65-inch LG TVs – Test Rankings

Available screen sizes: 42”, 48”, 55”, 65”

Technology: WRGB OLED

Brand: LG

Verdict:

LG C6 is a very successful evolution of one of the most popular OLEDs on the market. The TV itself hasn't changed radically compared with last year's C5, the look is very similar, webOS offers comparable features, and gamers once again get pretty much everything you can expect from a modern television. You can't really complain, since the C5 was already a very complete piece of kit in that regard....

Verdict:

The LG OLED B6 is a very successful continuation of the B series and a TV that makes a lot of sense as a first step into OLED. It doesn't try to compete with the most expensive models in every respect, but in the most important areas it still manages to deliver exactly what many people choose this technology for: perfect blacks, very high contrast and a picture that can simply look spectacular in ...

Verdict:

The LG MRGB85 is a television that is best suited to gamers and users who are attached to webOS. In that respect it is hard to fault. It offers plenty of benefits for gamers thanks to a very high panel refresh rate. Add to that the smoothly operating webOS, which stands out above all for the convenient Magic Remote and a full set of features for traditional television. The problem begins when you ...

Verdict:

Without a doubt, the LG G6 is an outstanding television in many respects. Thanks to the new second-generation Tandem OLED panel, it does something that no other screen with a glossy coating on the market has been able to achieve – it superbly suppresses light reflections while maintaining perfect, unblemished picture quality. When we add to this its record brightness and the unique properties of t...

Verdict:

LG NANO81A is essentially a continuation of the NanoCell series, which has hardly changed at all over the past few years. Apart from the new operating system, refreshed remote control, and a few marketing additions, we are dealing with practically the same design we have known for years. Thanks to the nanostructure filter, the television can display better, cleaner colours than standard budget tel...

The QNED80A variant based on an IPS panel is aimed at a completely different audience. If you are looking for a television for a place where life buzzes all day and family members watch TV from various spots, this will be a good choice. Wide viewing angles and saturated colours ensure that the picture looks good whether we are sitting directly in front of it or at the dining table. Of course, this...

Verdict:

The LG QNED93A is a television that, at first glance, appears to be a solid step forward compared to previous LCD models from this brand. On paper, we get quite a lot: a significantly larger number of dimming zones, 144 Hz refresh rate for gamers, support for all HDR formats, including Dolby Vision, and WebOS with a new Magic remote, which remains one of the most convenient control systems. The QN...

It also features low input lag along with a complete set of gaming functions such as HGiG, VRR, and ALLM. The television works just as well with a computer ...

Verdict:

LG B5 is really a good OLED television, which shows that you don't have to spend a fortune for very good quality. It offers deep blacks typical of organic panels, very good colour reproduction – especially after calibration – and enjoyable HDR movie watching experiences. All of this means that evening screenings can provide cinema-like emotions even without resorting to much more expensive screens...

The LG G5 is a television that not only continues but also enhances what we loved about the previous models in the G series.
