In Sony's offering for 2025, a newcomer from the lowest price range has appeared – the Bravia 3 model. This television is just hitting the first stores, becoming the successor to the X75WL model. It is a classic LCD proposal with a Google TV system, aimed at less demanding users – but does the price match the capabilities?
How much does the Sony Bravia 3 cost?
As is usually the case with new products, the starting price of the Sony Bravia 3 is not among the most attractive. Although it is the cheapest model in the manufacturer's offering for 2025, in practice it's hard to talk about a bargain, especially when the competition offers products with significantly higher capabilities at a similar price.
So how much does the Bravia 3 actually cost?
Screen size | Price (PLN) | ≈ Price (EUR) |
---|---|---|
85 inches | 8299 zł | 1999 € |
75 inches | 5999 zł | 1449 € |
65 inches | 4599 zł | 1049 € |
55 inches | 3699 zł | 849 € |
50 inches | 3299 zł | 749 € |
43 inches | 2999 zł | 649 € |
What do we know about Bravia 3?

Although the model Bravia 3 has not yet made it to our editorial tests, we can already share our first observations. Firstly: the appearance has significantly improved. The television finally looks modern – the bezels are narrower and fit much better into the 2025 style. Compared to the X75WL, which looked like equipment from a decade ago with thick plastic frames, this is truly a step in the right direction. The model will be available in a wide range of sizes: from 43 to 85 inches. This means that the Bravia 3 can fit into both a small room and a larger living room.
The successor to X75WL, but with a similar problem?
Sony Bravia 3 is the direct successor to the model X75WL, which has not had an easy life over the last two years. Despite the Google TV system and a fast platform, it was hard to consider it a good deal. The price did not match the offered specifications, and competitors provided significantly more within the same budget.
And unfortunately, it seems that history may repeat itself. Bravia 3 is still a 60 Hz LCD television, without local dimming. And with the current prices... it's hard to discuss affordability. In a similar budget, you can already find:
Mini LED televisions with 120 Hz,
and even OLEDs on sale from LG, Samsung or Philips, and even Panasonic.

Who is Bravia 3 for?
Does this mean that Bravia 3 is a bad choice? Not necessarily. This model will certainly find its audience – primarily among:
fans of the Sony brand,
those who value the Google TV system at its best,
users who are not yet confident in products from "Chinese" brands such as TCL or Hisense.
For many customers, the Sony logo and simple interface might be enough reason to make a purchase. But at this moment, we would hold off on buying. Why? Because Bravia 3 is just debuting and – as is often the case – the launch prices are inflated. If you are not looking to buy immediately, it is worth waiting a little longer.
