85-inch LG OLED TVs – Test Rankings

Brand: LG

Verdict:

The C6H is an even more interesting TV because the use of a Tandem OLED panel means the C series is moving into territory previously reserved for far more expensive models. You still get all the benefits of the regular C6, but the panel’s capabilities are on a completely different level. HDR illustrates this best. In many scenes we measured around 2000 nits, and at times even 2300 nits — results p...

Verdict:

LG OLED B6 is a very successful continuation of the B series and a TV that makes a lot of sense as a first step into OLED. It doesn’t try to compete with the most expensive models in every respect, but on the key points it still delivers exactly what many people choose this technology for: perfect black, very high contrast and a picture that can simply look spectacular in movies. Much of that is d...

Verdict:

Without a doubt, the LG G6 is an outstanding television in many aspects. Thanks to the new generation 2 Tandem OLED panel, it does something that no other glossy screen on the market has managed so far – it superbly suppresses light reflections while maintaining perfect, unblemished image quality. When we add record brightness and the unique properties of the panel itself, the G6 can produce image...

LG G5 is a television that not only continues but also expands on what we loved about the previous models in the G series. Verdict:

LG C5 is a very successful continuation, and in several aspects, even a step forward compared to last year's C4 model. The biggest change is the significantly higher brightness – for the first time in the history of the C series, the barrier of 1000 nits has been exceeded, which significantly improves the quality of HDR effects. Both movies and TV shows look more dynamic as a result, and bright sc...
