Sony is increasingly boldly entering the gaming world beyond consoles. The INZONE series, which until now has mainly been associated with headphones, is expanding into a full-fledged ecosystem. In September, not only new headset models will be released, but also the brand's first-ever keyboard, gaming mouse, and a set of mousepads. These are not random launches – all products were developed in collaboration with the professional team Fnatic, which clearly suggests that Sony has high ambitions and is aiming for the e-sports segment.
INZONE H9 II and E9 – headphones that play on two fronts
The flagship INZONE H9 II is an evolution of one of the highest-rated models in the range. It features a detachable microphone, active noise cancellation, and an impressive 30 hours of battery life, providing substantial comfort during long sessions. The second pillar of the new offerings is the INZONE E9 – compact in-ear headphones that have received official certification for use during the Apex Legends Global Series. This shows that Sony takes the market seriously – if the equipment is in the hands of professionals, it must meet the highest standards.
First gaming keyboard from Sony – KBD-H75
The loudest premiere is, however, the INZONE KBD-H75, which is Sony's first gaming keyboard. Its compact 75% format (without a numpad) means it takes up less space on the desk, and thanks to rapid trigger technology and an 8000 Hz refresh rate, it guarantees lightning-fast reactions – something that matters most in FPS games. In addition, it features a machined aluminium casing and a gasket-mounted design that dampens vibrations and improves key responsiveness. This is a solution typical of high-end mechanical constructions, and now Sony is entering the market at a premium level with it.
INZONE Mouse-A and mouse pads – lightness and precision
As part of the bundle, Sony is adding the ultra-lightweight INZONE Mouse-A. Its weight is just 48.4 g, which places it in the same league as the lightest mice on the market. The sensor has a resolution of 30,000 DPI and a polling rate of 8000 Hz, specifications that will surely satisfy even professional gamers. Additionally, two mousepads are included – INZONE Mat-F and Mat-D. The first one has a thicker profile and higher resistance, which is better suited for low sensitivity. The second one is thinner and faster, ideal for those who prefer a dynamic glide and higher DPI.
Classics with a New Twist
Sony hasn't forgotten about its core offering. The popular wired INZONE H3 is getting a new colour version – alongside white, a black variant will also be available in stores, which should appeal to gamers who prefer a more understated style.
The premiere of the entire range of new INZONE products will take place in September 2025. Sony is clearly showing with this move that it no longer wants to be just a producer of consoles and televisions – it is building a complete gaming ecosystem that aims to compete with giants like Logitech, Razer, and Corsair.
